This villa can be found in the cliffs of Cefalu which hosts kilometers of beaches and views of the Aeolian Islands. The Mazzaformo and Settefratti beaches are a few minutes away where the clear sea laps at the sandy beaches adjacent to the historical town. For those seeking a historical experience, a visit to the Cathedral with its towers and byzantine mosaics will not disappoint. The Madralisca Museum features the masterpieces of Antonello di Messina will leave the visitor curious to know more about the town of Cefalu which is a Unesco World Heritage Site. After visiting the museum, have a Caponata salad at Le Chat Noir or a romantic dinner at the seaside restaurant Al Porticciolo.

The villa is about one hour and 15 minutes from the incredible spectacle of Palermo which is full of cathedrals, sea views, history and incredible food. Visit the Mercato dei Pulci where you can find the perfect arancino rice ball or pani ca’ meusa sandwich then go in the direction of the Circo Massimo theatre. After that, take a stroll to the Quattro Canti, the Baroque square with stunning fountains and incredible facades. Another market not to miss is the Ballero market where you can find delicious Mediterranean foods in an environment full of color and Sicilian character.

Agrigento is a wonderful day trip for those who love ancient history and is about a two hour drive from Cefalu. After the scenic trip through the Sicilian countryside, grab the delectable gelato made of sheep milk then head to the Archaeological museum to take in artefacts from the prehistoric to the Hellenization periods. After learning about the rich history of the area, the famous Valley of the Temples will astound the traveler with wonderfully preserved architectural marvels. Not to miss is the stunningly white Turks Staircase at the Porto Empedoclethe and Realmente beaches.

It is impossible to visit Cefalu without visiting the Aeolian Islands which are about an hour boat ride from the coast. In the beautiful horizon the seven marvelous islands of Vulcano, Lipari, Salina, Panarea, Stromboli, Filicudi and Stromboli are each full of history, charm and beauty.  They are easily accessed islands off of the Northeastern coast of Sicily and offer sailing, hiking, diving as well as relaxation accompanied by a perfect glass of Malvasia wine with the view of volcanos. For those looking for a mountain adventure, Madonie Park is an hour’s drive from Cefalu. There you can visit the nature reserve while also taking in medieval castles in the little villages scattered around the rugged landscape. A nearly extinct fir tree can be found in the park as well as eagles, boars, wildcats and deer.

The villa can easily accommodate eight people and is perfect for a large family or a small group. It is about 103 km from Palermo Airport. Palermo and its central train station and bus stations are 74 km from La Sirena. Agrigento is 160 km, the Aeolian Islands can be accessed by ferry or hydrofoil in Milazzo which is 147 km from Cefalu. The four-bedroom villa is decorated thoughtfully and precisely in its arrangement and decoration and comfortably houses eight people. Each light-soaked room is complete with its own bathroom, all individually designed to reflect the sophisticated style of the owners.  Art is reflected in each sparkling and geometric tile or in the placement of a black and white photograph or the position of vase on a stylish bedside table. The bedrooms are found on the ground floor where an excellently crafted stairway leads to open plan kitchen and living room made for unforgettable moments of entertaining. Direct access from the kitchen and living room opens to the furnished terrace. There you will find steps leading to a wooden platform and gate for direct access to the crystal blue sea.
