Casa L'Arsenale is an unusual and newly branded house in Venice, one of our latest new entries in our catalogue! It is well located into the Venice town but for those who wish to discover the ‘real Venice’, escaping the crowds of tourists of Piazza S.Marco.
Designed by a well known Italian interior designer, Ilaria Miani, this house is an exclusive property where every room has been furnished and decorated with a sought style, gaining a perfect mix of modern and traditional elements. This property is really unique in Venice, it is at few steps to the Arsenale, the largest and historical shipyard during the Serenissima Venetian Republic, that now host an international exhibition centre.

From Casa L'Arsenale, thanks to its dock placed right out of the doorway, you can quickly move to the center or make tours in the laguna using water taxis, without suffering the big disadvantage of finding yourself stuck among thousand of tourists.
