The Property
Located between the central square of Massa Lubrense and its tourist port, Tenuta Le Sirene covers an area of two hectares. Nestled between an endless blue sky and the azure sea, this exclusive estate offers the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of the Sorrento Coast. Tenuta Le Sirene can accommodate 17 guests in 9 rooms, arranged in two wings for convenience: the North Wing and the South Wing.

Set within a generous garden, the property features two swimming pools with Jacuzzis and furnished poolside areas, one for each wing. Surrounded by over one hectare of orange and olive groves, the building, dating back to 1769, occupies an area of 800 square metres. The property is organised into two convenient wings: the North Wing and the South Wing. The villa is easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility, with ground-floor bedrooms that can be reached without using stairs. Additionally, two lifts provide easy access to the upper floors.

North Wing:
The North Wing features five bedrooms and can accommodate nine guests, plus three extra guests on request. Outdoors, it offers a heated pool with Jacuzzi corner, a furnished poolside area, a private garden, a patio, and a barbecue. The ground floor includes a bright living room with TV, a dining area with courtyard access, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a laundry area, and a guest bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with a patio overlooking the sea, and a single bedroom with an en-suite shower.

The first floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. On the same floor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace; and a double bedroom with views of Capri, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upon request and at an extra cost, it is possible to add two sofa beds—one single and one double (which can be used either as a double or two singles).

South Wing:
The South Wing features four bedrooms and can accommodate eight guests. With a contemporary style and plenty of natural light, the bedrooms are spread over two floors. Outdoors, as already mentioned, the South Wing offers its own pool with a Jacuzzi corner, a furnished poolside area, a private garden, a patio, and a barbecue. The ground floor includes a bright and spacious living room with TV, a dining area with courtyard access, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a laundry area with a guest bathroom.

The South Wing’s bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with a private patio and en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the first floor features a master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and an additional double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upon request and at an extra cost, a single bed can be added for an additional guest.
