In forty minutes by car, you can reach the walled town of San Gimignano, one of Italy’s best-preserved medieval villages. As you crest the nearby hills, the fourteen towers of the town rise like a medieval Manhattan. Today, not even the plague would deter the swarms of summer day trippers, lured by a palpable sense of history and the enchanting rural setting. The historic center was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, and strolling through the streets will make you feel like you have stepped back in time. 

In forty-five minutes by car, you can reach the medieval town of Siena. Its ancient red brick buildings, the scallop-shaped main square Piazza del Campo, and the Cathedral Square, dominated by the zebra-striped Duomo, make it an absolute must for anyone traveling to Tuscany. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the villa boasts a 22-meter infinity pool and a generous, paved poolside area with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to unwind after a long day. Overlooking the garden, the wellness area of the villa offers a sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The wellness area is complemented by amenities including a semi-indoor pool with water jets, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. After your treatments, indulge in a peaceful pause and unwind in the herbal tea area.

Step inside this lovingly-restored villa and immerse yourself in a blend of elegant furnishings and modern comforts. Main Villa:
With exposed beams and plenty of natural light, the main villa boasts a spacious hall, a large dining room and two formal living rooms with plenty of seating. With a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen, you can savor the convenience and flexibility of home-cooked meals during your stay. The common areas also feature three working fireplaces. Whether you are lounging in the living spaces or unwinding in the bedrooms, every corner of this exclusive property exudes elegance and warmth.

The main villa features seven bedrooms spread over multiple floors: five double bedrooms with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom (one on the ground floor and four on the first floor); a twin room with en-suite bathroom (on the first floor); and a twin room (the tower room, on the second floor) for children, also featuring two single pull-out beds (under the twin beds), for children (up to the age of ten). Please note that this room does not come with its own bathroom and must use another room’s en-suite bathroom.

Annex:
With a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere, the annex features a small, fully-equipped kitchen, and a living area, all found on the ground floor. The ground floor of the annex also boasts: two double bedrooms with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the mezzanine level, you will find a comfortable twin room with private bathroom with shower. The mezzanine overlooks the kitchen area downstairs.
