Piazza di Spagna Apartment is uniquely located on Rome's famed shopping street Via Condotti, beside the historic coffee-house Antico Caffè Greco, founded in 1760. Listed as a national monument, our building was a stately home in the 1800's and is now fully renovated with all modern comforts. Fully air-conditioned, quiet and exclusive in Rome, it retains the flavor of that era with its period decor.

This apartment is a Penthouse composed of three rooms with the view, one Suite, two living room areas, one terrace, windows and balconies, from where there are 360 degrees view over the Spanish Steps. Marble Bathrooms with Jacuzzi.

The Suite is the biggest room of the Penthouse, and offer 2 bedrooms, a private living room with 4 windows and two balconies dominating the Spanish Steps, where you could have a 360° view on Spanish Steps. (Sleeps 4/5). There are also 2 marble bathrooms with jacuzzi.

The junior suite of the penthouse consists of a double bedroom and a private living room with 4 windows and two balconies, from where there are 360 degrees view over the Spanish Steps. Marble Bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The other two connecting double bedrooms with the view, have their own independent bathroom, and is equipped with air conditioning, minibar, flat screen LCD TV.

Retention time
