Villa Tosca is a luxury villa situated next to a small village at only 5 km away from Lucca. The villa was only recently renovated and includes a main house, with 16 sleeps, a barn (4 sleeps) and a century chapel.

Originally, this villa was part of a patrician well-known Villa nearby and is surrounded by olive groves, cypresses and vineyards. During the very recent restoration, the owners brought it to a very high standard, choosing only authentic materials in the traditional style of the area.

Modernity is also assured thanks to its tiled floors and chestnut beamed ceilings and the well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms.

The villa is also equipped with plasma screen TV’s with satellite and DVD, stereo system, central heating and gym. Both the buildings (the villa and the barn) have alarm system.

The property is made of two buildings connected by a large courtyard. The house has 8 bedrooms, plus 2 in the barn. Seven of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa is equipped with a beautiful terrace with barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. Both the buildings have full central heating, for colder months. All rooms are spacious and bright; the spaces are organized simply but elegantly. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, hairdryers, mosquito nets and screens.

House - ground floor: large entrance hall, extensive open plan living accommodation consisting of kitchen, dining room, sitting rooms with fireplace and stereo system, iPod connection, and TV room with plasma screen TV, sky satellite and DVD; Study, Cloakroom/ W.C.

Cold drinks fridge & wine cellar (see services); Gym with Techno gym equipment, also available for yoga and massage; Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Broadband Internet wi-fi connection.

House- first floor: large hallway with chestnut beamed glass roof above stone staircase, four double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, one further twin room, interconnecting to two of the double bedrooms above, separate TV room with plasma screen TV, sky satellite and DVD.

Barn: entrance hall, kitchen/dining room with French doors to terrace, living room with French doors to outside, Double bedroom, with French doors to outside, twin bedroom, with French doors to outside, one Bathroom; Private terrace with outside dining.

Outside: large sitting, dining and barbecue area covered by high chestnut beamed roof with views of grounds and woodland, charming courtyard connecting the house and the barn; landscaped gardens and wooded grounds, swimming pool (12 m x 6 m); own gated entrance, drive and secure parking; 16th Century Chapel. Access to private tennis court.

The price includes: Maid service twice a week and a fresh linen change mid week; a house manager (living nearby) that will meet the guests at the arrival to show the property and will stay available for any help. The house is equipped with cold-drinks fridge, stocked with beer, bottled water and a wine cellar stocked with a range of Italian wine.

Other services available on request and at an additional price: cook, for some or all lunches and dinners, babysitting, transfers from/to Pisa and Florence Airports, chauffeured cars (inc people movers), also available with tour guides, massage, cooking/language/painting/garden (courses), wine tours/tasting.
