The Property
Surrounded by greenery, Villa Cara combines Tuscan charm with modern sophistication, boasting lavish interiors, handcrafted details, and precious artworks. With tranquil gardens overlooking the picturesque landscape, the villa offers unrivalled privacy. Ideally located near Lucca, Villa Cara can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests: 20 guests in eight bedrooms located in the main villa, and 4 guests in two bedrooms located in the dépendance.

Inside the property, attention to detail meets exquisite design. The lighting throughout the interiors is predominantly provided by Flos, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The grand moon lights are thoughtfully crafted by Davide Groppi, illuminating the surroundings with a mesmerising glow. The selection of chairs includes pieces by renowned Italian designers, such as Kartell. A striking mirror by Fiam adds a touch of elegance to the interior space while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Set within a landscaped garden, this magnificent villa features a large swimming pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers. The villa’s open spaces offer a sanctuary for relaxation, inspiration, and connection with nature. Here, time slows down, allowing guests to truly appreciate the surrounding beauty. The outdoor area also includes a covered al fresco dining area, an outdoor lounge, a brand-new Weber barbecue, and a pizza oven. Heat lamps and blankets are provided for cooler days.

Main Villa:
The main villa spans 1,000 square metres over two floors and can accommodate up to 20 guests in eight bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom: a triple room with a European king-size bed and a single bed. This floor also features a private office with a printer, a fully equipped gym (including a treadmill, elliptical, and spin bike), a guest bathroom with large marble tiles, a fully renovated kitchen, a large dining table, a games table, a spacious seating area around a fireplace, and a TV area with comfortable sofas.

The kitchen includes a Gaggenau coffee machine, double ovens, two dishwashers, a stove top, and a garburator. Guests will also find various small appliances such as a blender, drip coffee machine, Instant Pot, and juicer. In addition, there is a generous wine fridge stocked with local wines available for purchase. Just off the kitchen and dining area is a spacious outdoor seating area, featuring a large table with parasols that provide ample shade.

On the first floor, there are seven further bedrooms: a double bedroom with a king-size bed or twin beds (bedroom 2); a quadruple room with two king-size beds (bedroom 3); a double bedroom with a king-size bed or twin beds (bedroom 4); a twin room (bedroom 5), which is connected to both the previous and following bedroom. Although it is located at the end of the corridor and has independent access, it does not have its own bathroom and must share either the one from Bedroom 4 or Bedroom 6.

On this floor, you will also find a double bedroom with a king-size bed or twin beds (bedroom 6); a triple room with a European king-size bed and a single bed (bedroom 7); and a double bedroom with a king-size bed or twin beds (bedroom 8). This floor also includes a pool table and a separate TV/media room equipped with an exclusive Xbox. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, as well as in the office, gym, TV room, and common areas.

Dépendance:
The dépendance accommodates four guests in two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a European king-size bed and one twin room. Measuring 250 square metres, the dépendance features a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, milk frother, oven, microwave, hob, and dishwasher. Please note that the dépendance does not have air conditioning; however, it remains quite cool as it is below ground level.
