The Property
Villa Palau is a stunning contemporary villa set within the privacy of immaculate gardens, just minutes from the pristine beaches and vibrant town of Palau on Sardinia's northern coast. The property features a private pool, elegant indoor and outdoor spaces, and is ideally located for exploring the breathtaking beaches and enchanting islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. With four double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, and a bunk bed above one of the double beds, the villa can accommodate up to 11 guests (10 adults and 1 child).

The outdoor spaces are a perfect blend of relaxation and natural beauty. Set within 11,000 square meters landscaped gardens, the property features a sunlit pool with a shaded lounge area beneath an ancient olive tree. The spacious veranda, with its wooden dining table and wood-beamed cover, is ideal for al fresco meals, complemented by a nearby barbecue. An outdoor playground for children and a handy shower for post-swim rinses add to the convenience.

Connected by a set of external steps, this charming stone villa is spread across two levels. The ground floor boasts a sleek, modern kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including a central island with a hob, a double-door fridge, and two ovens. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen to a spacious veranda, blending indoor and outdoor dining. The sitting room offers comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxation. Additionally, this floor features one of the villa's double bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the upper floor, you will find three more spacious double bedrooms, each designed with a light, airy décor, and extra-long beds for added comfort. One of these rooms includes a bunk bed above the main bed, perfect for families with children. The upper floor also contains three large, well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring plenty of privacy. The layout of this floor enhances the sense of openness and tranquillity, making it a serene retreat for all guests.

Retention time
