Villa I Gerani is the perfect location for unforgettable day trips to the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and provides a unique opportunity to admire its splendid landscapes while soaking up the region’s historical and cultural heritage. Some of the places in the surrounding area are the historic center of Capalbio, the towns of Porto Ercole and Santo Stefano, the Etruscan city of Tuscania and Tarquinia, the thermal baths at Saturnia, the Valle D'Orcia, and the medieval jewels of Siena, Montalcino, and Montepulciano.

The villa is a few kilometers from Capalbio, an alluring town standing at the top of a hill covered with Maremma brush. Because of its elegance, Capalbio has become a holiday destination for the elite, drawn by the evocative atmosphere in the streets and the ancient castle that dominates the valley below. Orbetello is nestled on a narrow strip of land stretching through a lagoon with the same name. In tune with its surroundings, the town’s trade has always been fishing, made easy by the shallow waters of the lagoon.

Elba captivates visitors with its crystal-clear sea, beaches and coves, quaint villages, and marvelous wildlife. This remarkable scenery is shared with the six other small islands forming the Tuscan archipelago, one of the most fascinating corners of Italy. Spend your day in Portoferraio, Elba’s main harbor, where you can visit ancient fortifications and the Palazzina dei Mulini, the house occupied by Napoleon during his exile. After lunch, walk to the San Martino villa, his summer residence.

The villa is a few kilometers from Magliano, famous for its delicious Morellino di Scansano wine. Boasting a pleasing medieval aspect, the town is perched on a hill with vineyards and olive trees right in the middle of the Maremma, whose natural park extends into the town’s municipal territory. The picturesque seaside resort of Porto Santo Stefano overlooks the northern side of the peninsula. Particularly beloved is the promenade along the seafront and the port. From here, you can also explore the nearby Giglio Island.

Monte Argentario attracts tourists from all over the world for its unique landscape, its marine environment, and its mild climate, which makes it a perfect holiday destination for most of the year. In addition to its natural beauty, the charm of Porto Ercole derives from the imposing Spanish fortresses that were built in the 16th century: Forte Filippo, La Rocca, and Forte Stella are three perfectly preserved fortifications from which you can admire the wonderful views of the sea.

Immersed in the wonderful pine forest of Roccamare, Villa I Gerani provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation on the Tuscan coast. Surrounded by a lush private garden, this elegant villa is just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany. Recently renovated, Villa I Gerani can accommodate up to fourteen guests, featuring seven bedrooms (6 double bedrooms and 1 twin room) complete with an en-suite bathroom.

Located in the exclusive pinewood forest of Roccamare, whose private park is fenced and controlled by a keeper, the villa boasts a terrace full of geraniums on the front, while on the back you will find a large patio that is partly covered and shaded by pine trees and arranged with two living corners complete with comfortable sofas, a barbecue, and a large dining table. This elegant villa boasts an exceptional pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind.

From the beautiful garden surrounding the property, a private path leads directly to the beach, which is equipped with sun loungers for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests. A tent and a private bungalow are available on the beach. Thanks to its clear and clean waters, the beach has been gaining the prestigious recognition of the European Blue Flag for several years. Access to the beach is not allowed to strangers, if not to other owners of the neighboring villas.

Villa I Gerani has been completely renovated in a modern style and can accommodate up to fourteen people in seven bedrooms: six double bedrooms and one twin room, all found on the ground floor. All bedrooms feature access to the outdoor area and an en-suite bathroom (four double bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower; and the twin room features an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower).

The entrance to the main level opens into a beautiful living room with a fireplace and direct access to the patio, a dining room with large French windows leading to a part of the garden and the patio with an outdoor dining area. The bright kitchen is also connected to the living area and has access to an outdoor dining area. On this floor, you will also find a TV room. Two extra bedrooms (a double bedroom and a twin room, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower) are available for the guests' staff and are found on the lower ground floor. Please note that these rooms are not available for guests but only for their staff.

To get to the beach, the path is 150 m. A first part of the route is private property, while the second part is an internal road of the Pineta di Roccamare consortium. The beach is equipped with a hut with a shady wattle roof, four sun loungers and wooden table. Storage hut. Retention time
