Villa Blumare is in a panoramic position in Imperia Oneglia on the hill of Capoberta with amazing view on the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful park and thanks to the mild climate it is possible to use the table and chairs in the pleasant shade of the gazebo, or in the shadow of old cypresses, enjoying the peace and tranquillity during all year.

The house, about 500 sqm, 8 minutes walk from the sea, has a warm homely atmosphere. The furniture is made up of antiques, wrought iron beds and ancient carpets all chosen with care.

The villa is composed of three levels:

The Ground Floor consists of: 2 double bedroom with 2 baths, 1 large sitting-room with fireplace and access to the garden;1 dining room;1 TV room (satellite TV);1 kitchen (equipped with all necessary needs including microwave and dishwasher); 1 little laundry;1 toilette;interior lift.

The First Floor consists of: 2 double bedroom; 2 single room; 1 twin bedrooms; 2 bathroom with bath; 1 bathroom with shower; interior lift.

The Attic consists of: 1 wide sitting room; 1 double bedroom; 1 single room;1 bathroom with shower; interior lift.

First shopping (on request): We can arrange a first grocery shopping for you to find in the house upon arrival. 1st shopping includes: Bread, butter, jam, eggs, 2 litre milk, 1 packet Earl Grey Tea, 1 packet coffee, natural yogurts, 2 bottles of orange juice, 2kg fruits of the season, 2kg pasta (noodles), 2 jars tomatoes sauce, 1 large piece fresh parmesan cheese, salad and tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, 6 litres mineral water, 3 bottles of beer, 2 bottles of red wine, dishwasher detergent.
