Immersed in a lush garden with sweeping views of the waters of Lake Como, Villa Perla provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Northern Italy. Located near the centre of Bellagio, this exclusive villa boasts stunning views of the town and the lake. Offering a calm atmosphere, Villa Perla can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one twin room), each with an en-suite bathroom, spread over three floors.

Offering breathtaking views of the lake, the villa features a swimming pool with counter-current swimming option (9 x 3.8 m) and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. With a serene atmosphere, the outdoor area is surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens, featuring al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socialising. On request, the pool can be heated on request using solar panels (pool heating not included).

Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the villa features a traditional Turkish sauna, a fitness corner, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room with everything you might need, as well as a well-stocked wine cellar featuring some of the country’s most popular wines. On the first floor, which can be easily accessed from the garden and the pool area, you will find a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living room with beautiful lake views.

On the first floor, you will also find two bedrooms: a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower; and a twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The covered terrace on this floor can be accessed from the living room and the double bedroom. The second floor is accessed by a staircase in the living room. The second floor boasts two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The double bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms and vice versa.
