Villa Lilla – S.Maria Rezzonico – Como Lake

Villa Lilla is a front lake house on Lake Como. It is in Santa Maria Rezzonico, an ancient village on the western bank of the lake in the upper Lario area, 40 km from Como. On the edge of the grounds of Villa Rossa, Villa Lilla is a typical sample of the local style of architecture with its stone facade. The villa recently restored on the foundations of an old country residence going back to the 1800’s is in a great position to enjoy the lake and explore the area. Guests here will appreciate the stunning views over Lake Como to be enjoyed sit comfortably under the covered veranda in front of the main entrance.

The ground floor of Villa Lilla consits of a spacious living room with stunning views over the lake, a reading area and large well-equipped kitchen enjoying access to the large sunny terrace.
A few steps down and we are on the lower tavern floor with a lounge and sofa, a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined on request) and a bathroom with bathtub. Bright French windows lead to the quiet fenced in garden which is so perfect for little children or for a barbeque as well as sunbathing in the summer sunshine on Lake Como. The large, swimming pool is also in this area.
Between the ground floor and the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed. For this bedroom, on the 1st floor there is a comfortable bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub shared with another bedroom with twin beds on the 1st floor.
On the same floor is a bedroom with a queen size double bed (non-divisible bed) and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Restoration and refurbishment have been carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainable architecture and the interiors created to reflect the finest of the Feng-shui philosophy, thanks to expert advice from internationally respected professionals.

Air conditioning is installed in three of the bedrooms.

Facilities and Leisure
The staff at Villa Lilla, available for rental and exclusive vacations on Lake Como, is present throughout the guests’ stay and they are keen to offer excellent and attentive service.

Our four-legged friends are more than welcome.

How to get there
Villa La Dolce is about 90 km from Milano – Malpensa airport, little more than 100 Km from Milano – Linate airport and 130 km from Bergamo’s Orio al Serio.

Retention time
