The villa is a stone’s throw from Volterra, one of Tuscany’s most dramatic hilltop towns. Despite its many attractions, Volterra sees fewer tourists than other Tuscan towns, so you can expect to share its winding stone streets with locals and explore its ancient sites without crowds. Founded by the Etruscans and surrounded by medieval walls, Volterra has a notable historic center filled with fascinating Roman ruins, medieval buildings and alabaster workshops.

The villa is also a few kilometers from San Gimignano, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Italy. From afar, San Gimignano looks like a town from a Renaissance painting: a circle of 13th-century walls enclosing tall, teetering stone towers. Its towers make it instantly recognizable, but the art treasures held within its walls are just as remarkable. Although the town is small, there is enough art, architecture and fine food to keep you busy for more than one day.

In one hour and a half, you can reach Pisa, exceptionally well-known for its Leaning Tower. Moving between its alleys and riversides you will discover architectural jewels such as Santa Maria della Spina, the headquarters of the Scuola Normale Superiore in Piazza dei Cavalieri, the exhibitions of Palazzo Blu and the magnetic charm of Piazza dei Miracoli. Start from the Baptistery and head to the 130-meter Camposanto Monumentale overlooking the square.

With a secluded location near the charming town of Volterra, this villa is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy. Located on a spectacular hill overlooking the surrounding area, Villa Belsole can accommodate twelve guests featuring six bedrooms (five double bedrooms and one twin room) with bathroom spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, this magnificent property boasts an exceptional swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a calm atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun. Dip in the Jacuzzi, swim in the sprawling pool and savor the landscape while sipping a glass of Brunello. Overlooking the surrounding hills, the outdoor area also boasts lounge areas for relaxing and socializing.

Villa Belsole is an oasis for a large family or small groups and it a perfect place for poolside get-togethers. This six-bedroom villa is an immense, light-filled estate filled with impeccably decorated rooms with the finest décor made in Italy. Full of history, the area dates back to the time of the Etruscans and a short walk will take you to a Necropolis surrounded by olive trees. The owners offer a personal touch and warm welcome with meticulously decorated rooms and pavement made in cotto di Impruneta.

Offering an exquisite blend of period charm and modern comfort, the living area features comfortable sofas with plenty of seating and a fireplace. As the evening falls, sit around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of local wine with your fellow guests. On request, the private Chef will cook authentic dishes as well as innovative cuisine in the large, professional kitchen which can also be served in the gazebo, at the bar in the kitchen or in the dining room. Please note that the Chef is available on request at an additional cost.

Fitness lovers will be able to keep up with their workout regimen without leaving the comfort of their own villa. In fact, the villa features an exclusive fully-equipped gym located on the uppermost floor. With exposed beams, bright rooms and comfy seating, the villa also boasts an exceptional wine cellar, located on the lower ground floor, access from the outside. The furniture will get you in touch with the excellent, hand crafted and bucolic luxury. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, suitable for disabled people, and a bathroom. Please note that this bathroom is not suitable for disabled people. However, there is another bathroom, next to the bedroom, suitable for disabled people.

Offering a warm atmosphere, the first floor boasts five bedrooms: a twin room (on request, the room can be converted into a double bedroom) with private bathroom with shower; a master bedroom with four-poster double bed and large bathroom with both shower and free-standing bathtub; a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with wonderful views of the olive groves and bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
