Villa Alessandro 2 the luxury One is a new luxury eighteenth century Tuscan villa with a huge exclusive pool. The villa could be rented separately or together with villa Alessandro the ideal accommodation for family and group vacation (for 8 people or parties up to 27 people). In this uncontaminated and tranquil spot you can spend unforgettable moments of relax which will make your stay in Italy an unique and original experience, in perfect Tuscan style. For those who are searching for the real spirit and essence of Tuscany and who appreciate the antique flavour of a special refuge surrounded by nature; for those needing a centralized base from which to visit the natural and artistic beauties of the region.

Location. The prestigious Tuscan Villa Alessandro 2 is one hour to Florence and offers privacy and complete tranquillity for an unforgettable holiday. The panoramic villa is located only a short distance from Lucca and allow you to make trips to the Tuscany places with stop-offs at the numerous archaeological sites as Pisa, Florence. The villa is also located near Montecatini Terme, Viareggio, Versilia, Forte dei Marmi, Garfagnana. The province of Lucca offers great natural beauty, mild climate and warm hospitality. Our rent areas of Tuscany are famous for delicious food, wine and olive oil of Lucca.

Accommodation. We offer self catering accommodation in 4 bedrooms: on the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom; on the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms.The owners have carried out an accurate and rigorous renovation whilst ensuring a structure which respects the norms of bio-architecture. The living areas have been renovated with a careful eye for details – genuine, antique furniture and ornaments, antique doors, prints, paintings and Persian carpets. On the other hand, the house has every possible modern comfort like air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV LCD. Villa Alessandro 2 set of amenities has been improoved with a new gym equipped with a running machine and a multi-gyms and some wellness tools.

Outdoor and the exclusive pool. Surrounded by 18 acres of olive groves, it is ideal for your visit to the most famous Tuscan art cities and as a refuge in which to relax. The villa is surrounded by a 3,000 square meter garden, where on the lower level, there is the swimming pool, overflow and equipped with hydro massage. The clorine of the pool is authomatically regulated through a computer to have always perfect conditions and a water cleanest! The most part of the outdoor furnishings will be refurbished in 2014. On the upper level a BBQ and a pergola for outdoor eating. Thanks to the wide variety of photos of villa, the garden and the swimming pool, you can get a good idea of this exclusive and luxury villa resort in the green countryside of Tuscany, not far from Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano, the beach of Versilia and Le Cinque Terre and the fashion conscious town of Montecatini Terme.

Other. Villa Alessandro 2 is near 6 (18 hole) golf courses and a famous resort SPA, numerous vineyards and typical trattories. We can organize on request catering up to 50/60 guests with or without entertainment (specialized in Tuscan and Italian cooking), guided visits to museums or art cities, painting courses (on canvas or porcelain), courses in Italian cooking (especially Tuscan) and an on request dinner as per Tuscan menu cooked and served at the Villa.

Retention time
