Location. Luxuriant, extraordinary and such a mild climate. Capri is a Mediterranean island of calcareous origin that has been visited over the centuries by intellectuals, artists and writers, all enthralled by its magical beauty. A mix of history, nature, worldliness, culture and events that daily blend together and bring the Legend of Capri to life; a legend that sees no comparison anywhere in the world. It is located seventeen nautical miles south of Naples and 3 from Sorrento peninsula. This small island is about 6 km long and from 1.2 to 2.8 km. wide. It covers a area of about 10 square km. Mount Tiberio (334 m.) to the east and Mount Solaro (589 m.) to the west are the island’s two main massifs, between which we find the small town of Capri (138 m.) stradding Marina Grande (to the north) and Marina Piccola (to the south). The other inhabited centre, Anacapri (286 m.), is located in a large verdant plain to the west of Mount Solaro.  

Description. Located in Monticello, in the Cala del Rio quarter, Villa Blue Pearl (300 sq.m.) is surrounded by a very luxuriant garden (5000 sq.m.). The villa can be reached by car or by a 10-minute walk from the main square in Anacapri. It lies in the suburban section of the characteristic area of the town of Anacapri known as Le Boffe, with its many ancient little houses and charming squares. The villa’s position allows you to enjoy fantastic views out over the Mediterranean and towards the islands’ most exclusive areas and private properties. The villa is structured in a modern style but is simply furnished. All bedrooms are furnished in the same style.

The spacious garden is very well maintained, grass, palm trees and plenty of flowers (Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, Geraniums, red, pink and white Iceberg roses, and old olive trees). The garden offers plenty of outdoor spaces with furnishing for dining outside. The patio is furnished with a marble topped iron table and 4 lounge chairs. The interiors of the house are simple yet comfortable and modern; a real family house. All floors are tiled with terracotta and marble tiles and many rooms have high vaulted ceilings.  

Ground floor.Three different entrances lead from the garden directly into a spacious living room, with Sat-TV, stereo, 2 sofas, and a white and blue marble fireplace. The open dining area furnished with a table and 4 chairs and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer with icemaker, 2 sinks, 4-range stove-top, and an oven. A marble topped countertop divides the kitchen from the living area. The ground floor also boasts two bedrooms, both with en-suite baths. Both accessible from the living room, the first bedroom enjoys a French bed and built-in wardrobe (recommended as a single bedroom) with a small en-suite bath with shower. A set of French doors leads out into the garden. The second double bedroom also has French doors, which lead out into the garden. This bedroom boasts bedside tables, an armchair, and wardrobe. The second bathroom has a shower box and a small window, while a third, ground floor bathroom enjoys a Jacuzzi bathtub and large shower box. A wooden staircase with 17 steps leads from the living room up to the first floor. There is also a third, full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub units on the ground floor.

Upper floor. The first floor boasts three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a double baldachin bed, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. This bedroom also has a terracotta-tiled floor with access through the French doors onto a small terracotta tiled terrace overlooking the garden. A second, double bedroom has a wardrobe and en-suite bath with Turkish tiles and a shower box. A third, single bedroom with a French size bed and a small built-in wardrobe also enjoys French doors that lead onto the terrace. The first floor also offers a second, tiled bathroom with a large shower box. 

The villa is ideal for a family with children. Pets are not allowed.
