The Property
Set in the serene countryside of gently rolling hills, Villa Il Bosco provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. With a private lake, olive groves, and spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, this magnificent villa has been masterfully restored while preserving the charm of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Villa Il Bosco can accommodate up to twelve guests, featuring seven bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over two floors.

Immersed in a lush garden surrounded by olive groves, the villa boasts a magnificent 84-sqm swimming pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area is an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation with a good book and a glass of prosecco. The garden also features a generous al fresco dining area and a lounge area for relaxing and socialising.

The ground floor features a spacious living room, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The four-poster double bedroom on this floor opens onto the front terrace, with access to the loggia. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, with a wide door for comfort, and includes both a roll-top bath and a shower. There is also a second double bedroom with a private shower room, which can be arranged as a twin. Please note there is a small step up to the sitting room.

Accessed via a staircase, the first floor comprises five bedrooms: a master double bedroom with a four-poster bed, private terrace, and en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower; a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower; two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom; and a twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor also has a bright living room and a study that can be converted into a double bedroom for two additional guests, upon request.

Villa Il Bosco is accessible for guests with mobility issues, with ramps on request. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Enjoy a picnic in the olive groves, relax by the pool, play tennis nearby, or sample local wines in the lavender-scented loggia. Inside, beamed ceilings, fresh flowers, and stone floors add charm. The villa sleeps twelve, with space for two extras in the study at an additional cost. It offers Wi-Fi and exclusive access to a tennis court five minutes away.
