The hillside houses, accessible via a maze of steep stairs, are painted in pastel sorbet colours. In summer, when the sunbeds fill quickly, consider taking a boat to explore the numerous small coves along the coast.

Sorrento’s centre is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes now lined with restaurants serving pasta and shops selling souvenirs. However, venture beyond the well-trodden paths to discover lesser-known corners. With white vaulted ceilings and ample natural light, the entrance level includes a generous living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. This level also features a spacious dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay. French doors lead from the living room to the terrace overlooking the sea and coastline.

A short flight of steps descends to the level below the entrance, which contains two exceptional double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. This level also includes a bright twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second level below the entrance houses three comfortable double bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms with showers.

Accessed from the patio, the annex houses the seventh bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
