Location and Surrounding Area. Located in the heart of Positano, this elegant complex is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Torre di Positano boasts a swimming pool and private access to the beach, providing the ultimate retreat on the Amalfi Coast. The Amalfi Coast juts into the sea like a pointing finger, its rugged shores sprinkled with some of Italy’s most spectacular beaches, its bucolic interior moulded by the limestone Monti Lattari.

The sight of Positano from a distance is breathtaking. Colour is everywhere, reflecting on the tranquil sea, the silvery pebbled beach and the gleaming Majolica-domed church of Santa Maria Assunta. The houses built up from the waterside, accessible to one another via an endless array of steep stairs, boast pale sorbet colours. In summer, when the serried ranks of sunbeds fill up quickly, take a boat to explore the many small coves up and down the coast.

The centre of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes now lined with restaurants serving pasta and shops selling souvenirs.But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. Then there are traditional greengrocers and haberdashers huddled behind wooden shop fronts, the medieval palaces along Via Pietà, the magnificent courtyard of Palazzo Correale, and artisan workshops producing the same wood intarsia for which the town became famous in the 18th century.

There is a lot to be said for leaving the best until last, and for many Ravello is the jewel in the coastal crown. If Positano is the glamour-puss of the Amalfi Coast, Ravello is its refined, aristocratic cousin. Nestled high on a hill above the sea, Ravello is famous for its secluded villas, ravishing gardens, magnificent views and romantic sense of faded glory have inspired a steady stream of writers, artists and musicians since the days of the Grand Tour.

The complex is just 1 km from the centre of Positano, where restaurants, bars and all the necessary services can be easily found. Conca dei Marini is 15 km from the complex, Sorrento is 16 km, Amalfi is 19 km, Vico Equense is 21 km, Nerano is 24 km, Ravello is 26 km, Maiori is 26 km, Pompeii is 36 km, Herculaneum is 51 km, and Naples is 58 km.

The Property. Located in the picturesque hilltop town of Positano, Scirocco Apartment is part of the Torre di Positano complex. Surrounded by a lush garden with citrus and olive trees and a variety of plants, the complex boasts private steps to a small beach and a shared pool (for the guests of the complex). The Torre itself was built in the 13th century and has been recognized as a UNESCO heritage site. Surrounded by a lush greenery, Scirocco Apartment can accommodate up to ten guests featuring four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one twin room), each with its own bathroom.

Scirocco Apartment boasts two terraces with sundeck overlooking the sea, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners on the Amalfi Coast. From the terrace there is a private staircase to the pool and beach (please notice that the pool is shared with the guests of the complex and the beach is not equipped). Outdoors you will also find an exceptional al fresco dining area and a lounge area with sofas and armchairs for relaxing and socializing.

Offering an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this apartment features stylish furnishings and plenty of natural light. Flooded with light, the apartment boasts a generous living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining room with a large table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need for your stay. With wonderful views of the sea, the apartment features four bedrooms: three double bedrooms with king-size bed and one twin room. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (three bathrooms have shower, one has both bathtub and shower).
