The Property
With its combination of antique furnishings, vibrant colours, and breathtaking surroundings, Villa dell'Uliveto is a beautifully restored country house nestled on the hillsides of volcanic rock in the heart of Campania. This charming villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, blending the rich traditions of the region with style. The property can accommodate 9 guests in the main villa with 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 single) and an additional 3 guests in the cottage, which has 1 double bedroom and a single sofa bed.

The villa’s exterior is a serene retreat, surrounded by private gardens with palm trees, bougainvillea, and flowering plants. A private electric gate leads along a picturesque road lined with olive trees and flowers. Spacious terraces and a trellis-covered area provide peaceful spots to unwind, while the outdoor pergola with marble-top tables is perfect for al fresco dining. A beautiful swimming pool, set amid lush greenery, offers a refreshing escape with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

Main Villa (5 Bedrooms):
The ground floor of the main villa offers a bright double living room, perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped, stylish eat-in kitchen is ideal for preparing and enjoying meals, while the adjacent dining loggia provides a charming space for al fresco dining. Step outside to the shaded patio, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. This floor also features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub, as well as a convenient guest bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy for all guests.

Upstairs, the first floor has a single room with an 18th-century iron bed frame and en-suite bathroom with shower. A bright double bedroom, in yellow, offers beautiful views of the Galli islands through a picture window, with a chaise lounge to enjoy the scenery. The en-suite bathroom features lace curtains and an antique ceramic washbasin. Double doors lead to the terrace with lounge chairs. The second floor, accessible via external stairs, has two twin rooms (or double, on request) with en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Cottage (1 Bedroom + 1 Single Sofa Bed):
For added privacy, the cottage, 60 metres from the main house, offers a cosy retreat with a sitting room, comfortable sofa bed, and a picture window. The charming double bedroom (which can be converted into a twin room), with terracotta floors, includes a bathroom with a shower (accessible from the lounge area), making it an ideal hideaway within the beautiful gardens. Villa dell'Uliveto provides a serene setting for a relaxing stay, blending the beauty of the Campania region with the comfort of a well-appointed home.
