The Property
Immersed in a landscape characterised by olive and fruit trees, Le Grand Bleu is a charming villa located in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. Offering elegant and contemporary interiors, the villa has been carefully restored and provides a unique retreat for those seeking complete relaxation in one of the most sought-after areas of Puglia. Comprising eleven trulli, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, with 3 bathrooms.

Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the villa boasts an exceptional swimming pool. The poolside area also features a large gazebo with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, a bar, a built-in barbecue and an al fresco dining area. The swimming pool is available for guests’ exclusive use during the warmer months, from April to October. Please note that the pool is not fenced, and children must therefore be supervised at all times when using the pool area.

Le Grand Bleu features three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located at the front of the property, while the remaining bedroom and bathroom are situated at the back. All bathrooms feature showers. Also located at the back of the property is a small one-bedroom apartment with its own living room, well-equipped kitchen and independent entrance. At the front of the property, you will also find a living area, a small dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.

Villa Le Grand Bleu is located near Villa Le Petit Bleu, on the same estate. The two villas can accommodate up to 12 guests in total and can be rented together, making them ideal for larger groups. The estate where the two villas are located is completely fenced and features two separate entrances, while a metal fence separates the villas, ensuring privacy for guests staying in each property. The distance between the two villas is approximately 150 metres.
