Dating back to the first half of the 20th century, Villa Carolina is an elegant historic residence overlooking Lake Garda, where the charm of Liberty architecture meets contemporary luxury. Originally built by skilled local craftsmen, the villa was carefully restored and fully renovated in 2026, preserving its historic character while introducing modern comforts. Located in the charming town of Garda, Villa Carolina accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms, with an additional 4 guests sleeping on sofa beds in two living rooms.

The villa's outdoor spaces make the most of its beautiful lakeside setting. An infinity pool overlooking the lake, complete with sunbeds, invites guests to relax in the sunshine, while the landscaped private garden provides a peaceful setting to enjoy the surrounding scenery. An outdoor patio and comfortable lounging areas are ideal for leisurely breakfasts and evenings spent together. All six bedrooms also feature private terraces with lake views, and private parking is available for added convenience.

Inside, the villa retains the distinctive elegance of its Liberty heritage, with graceful architectural lines and delicate floral details. For a relaxing break, guests can enjoy the private spa on the lower ground floor, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, indoor Jacuzzi and relaxation area. The six bedrooms are arranged over two floors. The first floor features three double bedrooms (two with lake views and one overlooking the garden), served by two bathrooms with showers. This floor also features a small living room with a sofa bed. On the second floor, two master double bedrooms feature walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third double bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower, accessed from the hallway.
