Perched on a dramatic cliff approximately 50 metres above the sea, the villa enjoys an extraordinary position surrounded by greenery. An easy yet fascinating descent leads from the house towards the rocky coastline below, creating an evocative connection between the sky and the sea. The outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of this spectacular setting, with an irregularly shaped swimming pool surrounded by paved areas and wooden decking.

A charming 1960s residence, Villa La Torretta was inspired by the organic architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and built using local stone and reinforced concrete. Its architecture was conceived to blend naturally with the landscape, allowing guests to feel an integral part of the surrounding nature. The concept of the house is also inspired by the living module of a boat, an idea that is reflected particularly in the carefully designed, refined yet essential interiors.

Inside, abundant natural light and intense shades of blue flood every room, becoming an integral part of the décor and echoing the Mediterranean landscape outside. The original bespoke furniture, designed specifically by the architect, has been preserved, giving the interiors an authentic and distinctive character. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere in which the original spirit of this special family home remains beautifully intact.

Main House (3 Bedrooms):
The main house features three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a twin room), all overlooking the sea. The main master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with shower with the twin room. The latter is furnished with one French-size bed and one single bed, making the accommodation particularly versatile for families or groups of friends.

Annex (1 Bedroom):
The independent annex offers an additional level of privacy and has its own independent access, making it particularly suitable for guests who value greater independence. It features one bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a private bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette, providing everything needed for a pleasant and self-contained stay. Facing the sea, the annex also enjoys beautiful sea views, allowing guests to wake up surrounded by the colours and atmosphere of the Sardinian coast.
