Immersed in a 4,000 sqm private park surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Aurelia features panoramic terraces, a solarium and enchanting sea views. The villa has three private sea accesses, including a pathway and stairs leading to a secluded rocky cove, as well as direct access to a pristine sandy beach. Just 30 steps from the villa, the crystal-clear sea is easily reached from the garden. Outdoor spaces include a panoramic terrace and a travertine dining table for up to 10 guests, perfect for gatherings.

Inside, Villa Aurelia combines natural materials with a refined and welcoming aesthetic. Natural lime walls, fine wood, raw linen and travertine surfaces create a warm and elegant atmosphere, complemented by a new-generation ventilated roof. Three of the four bedrooms feature stylish en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth bathroom serves the living areas. The fourth bedroom is fully step-free, with access from the entrance without stairs, steps or thresholds higher than 5 cm, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The kitchen is also accessible without stairs or significant thresholds. A dedicated disabled parking space is available, with a private parking spot at least 3.35 metres wide also provided.
