Surrounded by one acre of private gardens and breathtaking countryside views, the villa offers 400 sqm of refined interiors, accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 elegant double bedrooms, with six bathrooms and one guest cloakroom.

The panoramic main terrace is the perfect place to begin the morning with coffee overlooking the valley or end the day with an aperitif. On the lower terrace, the swimming pool (11x5 m) blends into the surrounding countryside. A paved sun deck with loungers and a shaded gazebo invites complete relaxation. Each bedroom is named after its distinctive colour. Located on the ground floor, the Ivory Room boasts three large windows, wooden ceilings, terracotta floors, period furnishings, a four-poster double bed, direct access to the garden, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, the Pink Room is a charming and romantic retreat with restored centuries-old ceilings, a delightful balcony overlooking the hills, and an elegant en-suite bathroom with handcrafted black-and-white tiles and a walk-in shower.

Also on the first floor, the Green Room overlooks both the gardens and the pool, with wooden finishes and a spacious en-suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The cosy Blue Room, tucked beneath the roof, features exposed wooden ceilings, a vintage-style bathroom and lovely views of the villa's historic watchtower and gardens. The Yellow Room enjoys views of the gardens, olive groves and watchtower, natural wood accents, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
