Surrounded by 11,000 square metres of Mediterranean gardens, the villa enjoys a breathtaking position overlooking the Gulf of Naples. A heated infinity pool with hydromassage (27 sqm), appears to merge effortlessly with the sea beyond and is complemented by an impressive 165-square-metre solarium area. Guests also enjoy access to a private jetty, allowing convenient disembarkation and mooring for external tenders, while two independent entrances ensure maximum privacy and flexibility throughout the estate.

Inside, a 50-sqm barrel-vaulted salon welcomes guests with timeless charm, while an elegant oval salon of similar size features a ceiling designed as a library. The octagonal dining room spans approx. 70 sqm and is crowned by a spectacular dome rising over six metres high. It enjoys sea views and opens onto a terrace through French doors. The fourth salon extends across approx. 80 sqm and benefits from dual sea views and access to the principal terrace. It also features a white grand piano and a projector.

Two fully equipped kitchens cater to every occasion. The first, approximately 25 sqm in size, serves as the breakfast kitchen and includes a dedicated wine and champagne corner, with direct access to the main terrace and gardens. On the first floor, the 75-sqm Suite One enjoys sea and garden views and features a double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with double shower and bathtub. The 50-sqm Suite Two offers sea and garden views, a double bedroom, bathroom with double washbasin and shower, and independent garden access. The 45-sqm Suite Three overlooks the internal courtyard and includes a sitting room, double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with double washbasin and shower, with independent courtyard access.
