Nestled among the vineyards and rolling hills of Chianti, Villa Bacca is an exceptional private estate just 9 km from the centre of Florence. Once a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, this remarkable residence has been meticulously restored and transformed into a luxurious countryside retreat, where timeless character meets contemporary comfort. Set within 3.72 acres of manicured gardens and olive groves, Villa Bacca welcomes 16 guests in 8 elegant suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Outdoors, Villa Bacca unfolds as a serene sanctuary immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Expansive private gardens and ancient olive groves frame every view, creating an atmosphere of complete seclusion. Guests can savour long al fresco meals in the outdoor dining areas, relax in the lounge spaces furnished with sofas and armchairs, or spend magical evenings beside the pizza oven beneath the stars. The interiors have been designed for refined living, combining elegant materials, generous proportions and warm Tuscan charm. On the ground floor, a separate professional-style kitchen is complemented by a second kitchen with a striking central island and seating. Adjacent is an inviting living area with sofa and armchairs, while a further open-plan lounge and dining room offers additional space to gather, featuring comfortable seating and a large dining table for memorable shared meals.

Also on the ground floor are three suites. Suite 1 offers a double bedroom (or twin room) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and separate WC. Suite 2 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. Suite 3 is particularly distinctive, featuring a double bedroom with twin basins within the room, a shower discreetly concealed behind a dividing wall, and a separate WC. In a separate annex, guests will also find a fully equipped gym and an intimate wellness area with massage space and private Turkish bath.

The first floor hosts the remaining five suites. Suite 4 features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. Suite 5 offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate bath and shower, and twin basins. Suite 6 is a twin room with en-suite bathroom, shower, separate WC and twin basins.
