Immersed within a historic masseria, the villa presents itself as a captivating retreat where tradition meets artistic vision, making it ideal for memorable stays. Located just a short distance from Masseria Ercole, also part of our portfolio, this remarkable property accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms (with 4 bathrooms).

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and convivial living under the sun. A swimming pool with hydromassage corner and steps, heated from mid-April to mid-October, takes centre stage, surrounded by a fully paved sunbathing area furnished with sun loungers. From here, a charming pathway leads to a delightful dining area set beneath a pergola shaded by vines and bougainvillea. A traditional wood-fired barbecue enhances the experience. The property also features a lovely internal courtyard.

Inside, the villa reveals a bright and expansive open-plan living space that seamlessly combines kitchen, dining area, and lounge, with direct access to the terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend effortlessly throughout the day.
