The villa’s outdoor spaces are nothing short of spectacular, unfolding across a series of panoramic terraces that overlook the sea. Each terrace has been designed to ensure both comfort and privacy. Essentia, the main ground-floor terrace, features a large private swimming pool and an elegant solarium area, offering direct access to the main residence. A bathroom with a shower is located just outside the bedroom, in proximity, and is separated by an additional door that divides the hallway from the kitchen, ensuring both privacy and practicality. Ideal for a couple, Suite Essentia accommodates a total of two guests.

On the second floor, Suite Scirocco features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and private terrace, alongside a single room, an additional bedroom with a three-quarter bed and its own terrace (served by a bathroom equipped exclusively with a toilet), and a further bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a shower) and independent entrance. This is a triple room featuring one double bed and one single bed, offering both private external access and internal access to Suite Levante.

Suite Maestrale is set within a private annex on the upper level, accessible via a separate staircase leading to the terraces, offering independent access. It includes a kitchenette and a living area featuring a bunk bed, accommodating two kids, with the possibility of adding an extra foldable bed for a fifth kid.
