The Property
Suspended between hillside and sky and overlooking the Arno valley, Villa Settima is an exclusive Tuscan retreat of rare beauty. Every room reflects a refined dialogue with the villa’s layered past, where palettes of peacock blue, soft ochre, earthy terracotta, olive green and dove grey create intimate sanctuaries of timeless elegance. Within its historic walls, Villa Settima accommodates 18 guests across 9 generously proportioned bedrooms, each distinguished by its own unique character.
The villa is surrounded by its celebrated Italian Renaissance gardens. Laid out as a sequence of outdoor rooms, they include a cypress-lined avenue, a broad lawn once used as a bowling green, and an east–west axis leading to a small “cabinet de rocaille” framed by holm oaks. The rear garden features an elegant French-style parterre, with a birdcage, a small “garenna” for ornamental rabbits, and decorative statues and urns adding subtle charm. Guest parking is available directly in front of the villa.
On the ground floor, two refined halls, an intimate internal arcade courtyard, and a series of rooms create an atmosphere perfectly suited to receptions, conferences, and exhibitions.
