Stylish throughout, this refined retreat offers 164 square metres of elegant living space and can accommodate up to six guests in 3 beautifully designed double bedrooms.

The living room is both inviting and sophisticated, featuring two large facing sofas, a charming fireplace, and wood-beamed ceilings. From here, you access the open-plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen, cleverly divided by a half wall. The kitchen is fitted with sleek appliances and a central island, perfect for sharing meals and moments.

The apartment's layout includes two mezzanine-level bedrooms, one with a French bed (140x200 cm) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), as well as a third king-size bedroom (180x200 cm) located on the main level. Two elegant bathrooms, both with walk-in showers and high-quality finishes, ensure privacy and convenience for all guests. Please kindly note that the building does not have a lift. The property does not have private parking, but there is the possibility of free on-street parking.
