The Property
Tucked away in the countryside of Serravalle, just outside Buonconvento, Villa Senese is a charming historical residence that blends character and comfort. Originally a fortified castle from the 10th century AD, it has been transformed into the elegant villa it is today. Carefully restored and beautifully furnished, this 900-square-metre property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Surrounded by gardens and set within a private 30.000-square-metre estate, Villa Senese sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms.

At the heart of the garden lies a 180-sqm swimming pool, perfect for summer days. Nearby, a pool house provides a shaded spot for al fresco lunches for up to 12 guests, complete with a kitchen, dishwasher, oven, fridge, espresso machine, changing room and bathroom. Pool towels are also provided. A tennis court invites friendly matches, while the surrounding landscape is ideal for leisurely walks. The villa is close to the famous Mille Miglia vintage car rally route, a treat for classic car enthusiasts.

Inside, the villa extends over two elegantly designed floors, seamlessly combining period features with modern luxury. The ground floor is dedicated to welcoming social spaces: an inviting entrance hallway leads to a refined sitting room with fireplace and piano, a formal dining room adorned with a stunning chandelier, and a more informal dining area.
