Outdoors, the heated pool (17 x 5 m) is enveloped in lush greenery and features a shallow section. Adjacent to the pool, a white-columned pergola draped with flowing curtains adds an airy touch, while a long stone wall ensures complete seclusion. The meticulously landscaped gardens feature additional outdoor lounge areas, shaded by pergolas and perfect for unwinding. The façade of the masseria is adorned with majestic columns and arches, under which terracotta amphorae stand as a tribute to the property’s rich heritage.
Main Residence (4 Double Bedrooms):
Inside, the interiors are a celebration of light, space, and contemporary design. The living area of the main residence features two stylishly modern sofas in neutral tones facing each other. A dining table, positioned in front of an imposing fireplace, sets the scene for convivial gatherings. The sleek black kitchen, offering a striking contrast to the neutral colour palette, includes a narrow breakfast bar and a breakfast table. For moments of leisure, an elegant billiard table stands alongside a wall-mounted cue rack.
The main residence boasts four double bedrooms. On the ground floor, a sumptuous master suite features dual outdoor access and an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower sculpted into the rock. The upper floor houses three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with showers: one with a majestic stone fireplace and panoramic terrace, another with a cosy lounge corner, and the third with a balcony and a fireplace. This residence also includes two guest bathrooms and a vaulted wine cellar.

The Stables Residence, once the masseria’s horse stables, has been transformed into a sophisticated guest area with four ground-floor bedrooms (three double bedrooms and a twin room), each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance leading to both the central courtyard and a secluded garden. Thoughtful details such as built-in stone sinks and a hidden induction kitchenette add to the experience. A stone staircase leads to a panoramic terrace, home to the masseria’s solar panels.
Oliveto Residence (1 Double Bedroom + 1 Twin Room):
The Oliveto Residence, perched above the ancient olive press, features two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin room, each with its own kitchenette. The ground-floor suite includes a cosy living area with a double sofa bed, a smart TV, and a charming fireplace. A separate door leads to the actual bedroom, which features a historic stone fireplace with a built-in seating area and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, the twin room (or double) features an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Once an ancient olive mill, part of this building remains a museum showcasing the traditional macina, a stone mill once powered by animals. The rest of it has been transformed into an exclusive wellness area, offering a Turkish bath, a Technogym-equipped fitness area, a massage room, and two changing rooms with rain showers. Guests can unwind in the relaxation area with loungers or enjoy the heated stone Jacuzzi, set within the mill’s original structure for a truly unique experience.
