The Property

Recently restored, this farmhouse offers an unparalleled retreat with panoramic views over the lush Castiglion del Bosco golf course and the rolling hills of Montalcino. Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, Villa Natura features seven impeccably appointed double bedrooms, each with its own elegant en-suite bathroom.

The villa is set within extensive grounds, where centuries-old oak trees create shaded seating areas with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and the 15-metre swimming pool. Guests can embrace outdoor living with amenities including table tennis, a well-equipped barbecue area, and a bocce court. The traditional charm of an old well and a historic hayloft beautifully complements the villa's contemporary comforts, creating an idyllic retreat that perfectly balances rustic elegance with modern sophistication.

The ground floor radiates rustic charm while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts. At its heart lies a spacious 100-square-metre open-plan living and dining area, thoughtfully transformed from a historic horse stable into an elegant setting for relaxation and socialising. This inviting space features a state-of-the-art kitchen with premium appliances, ideal for preparing gourmet meals, while a stylish drinks bar adds a touch of sophistication and luxury.

Also on the ground floor is an independent suite featuring a luxurious king-size bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a cosy private sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This level also includes an annex room with a comfortable king-size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Annex Room is suitable for guests with disabilities and reduced mobility. However, please note that the outdoor areas surrounding the property are covered with gravel, which may make access more challenging.

The first floor can be accessed via either the internal or external staircase. It features a suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and double washbasins. There are also four additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The first two feature double washbasins, while the other two, located at the end of the corridor, each have a single washbasin. These two bedrooms are set up as twin rooms but can be converted into doubles upon request.
