The Property
Located in Monteu Roero, in the province of Cuneo, Casa Greta boasts an idyllic countryside setting and generous entertainment spaces in Piedmont. Offering comfort and space, the property was recently renovated with particular attention to sustainability, using natural materials. Featuring an outdoor pool and spread over three floors, Casa Greta can accommodate 16 guests (14 adults and 2 children) in 8 bedrooms, with space for 2 additional guests in 2 single beds (found in two of the bedrooms).

Surrounded by gently rolling hills, the villa enjoys a spacious garden crowned by an exclusive pool and a paved poolside area furnished with large parasols and comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the property provides a wide choice of outdoor spaces in which to relax. Outside, you will find a patio with a shaded dining area, perfect for quiet moments and intimate evening drinks, a wooden playhouse for children, and a pergola with foosball and a table tennis table.

The house was renovated with particular attention to sustainability: only natural materials were used, priority was given to locally sourced products, the floors are parquet from certified forests, and the house is equipped with a photovoltaic system. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms (or twin rooms) and one room with bunk beds, ideal for children. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Offering modern comforts and plenty of natural light, the first floor features a generous living room with comfortable sofas and an exclusive grand piano, a private terrace, and a convenient guest bathroom. Also on the first floor are two double bedrooms (which, on request, can be converted into twin rooms), each with its own en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony, which can also be reached from the living room.

On the second floor, there are three double bedrooms (which, on request, can be converted into twin rooms): the first bedroom includes a single bed for one additional guest, an exclusive private terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; the second bedroom has a private bathroom (just opposite the entrance to the room) with a shower; the third bedroom features a single bed for one extra guest and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
