The Property
Located in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, Villa Piuma boasts a modern design, creating an exclusive retreat for those seeking relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. With an exceptional sense of comfort, this property features a private heated swimming pool. With accommodation on one level, Villa Piuma can accommodate 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms (4 in the main house and 1 in the dépendance), plus one additional guest in a single bed in one of the bedrooms in the main house.

Outdoors, you will find a heated pool (75 sqm), a spacious al fresco lounge, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area with a traditional wood-fired oven and barbecue, plus an outdoor living area connected to the dining room and TV lounge. Enclosed by a glass structure, this space is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Just behind the pool, guests will find an outdoor fitness area with a punching bag, rings, bench, weights, CrossFit ropes, and a mat for bodyweight exercises, with a cover in the warmer months.

Nestled within the extensive grounds, a children’s playground is for the exclusive use of the property. Inside, the open-plan living and dining space boasts expansive glass windows opening onto the garden. The spacious living room boasts a flat-screen smart TV and comfortable sofas. A convenient guest bathroom is also located here. The villa also has a generously equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer with ice maker, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee station, and kettle.

In the main house, there are four bedrooms (three doubles and one that can be arranged as either a double or twin), all with wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (three with shower and one with bathtub/shower). In one of the main house bedrooms, a single bed (90x195 cm) is available for an additional guest, making it an ideal solution for families or groups travelling with a child or extra guest. In the dépendance, located near the pool area on the lower ground level, there is a fifth double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
