Set on a gentle hill, Podere Sicelle can accommodate fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spread across the main villa and the guest house.

Surrounded by a generous garden designed by Italy’s leading sustainable gardener, the property boasts an exclusive infinity pool and a spacious paved poolside area with comfortable sun loungers. Outdoors, you will also find a barbecue area complete with a pizza oven and a fire pit, perfect for socialising while enjoying the panorama. The property also features a tennis court and a gym serviced by adjoining bathrooms and washrooms in a separate tennis pavilion.

Main Villa (4 Bedrooms):
With a blend of period charm and modern comfort, this splendid private estate comprises a main villa and a guest house that have been carefully restored with travertine and terracotta floors, bespoke kitchens with European appliances, and Carrara marble bathrooms. The guest house has three double bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with showers, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. It also features a full-size snooker room and a wellness area with a steam room and a Jacuzzi for six people. Air conditioning is available in every bedroom, the gym, and the billiard room. The main villa has underfloor heating throughout, the guest house has radiator heating in all rooms, and the wellness area has radiator heating while the gym has reverse cycle heating.
