Trapped between an infinite blue sky and azure sea, this contemporary villa provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Nerea can accommodate 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms spread over multiple floors.

On the top floor, you will find a generous rooftop terrace overlooking Capri. Minimal in design, the terrace features an exclusive heated Jacuzzi, comfortable sun loungers, and a fitness area under the shade of a gazebo, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The lower floor boasts an exceptional in-ground pool with a waterfall overlooking the sea, complete with water jets. The outdoor area also features a dining area for up to 16 guests, complete with a barbecue, and a lounge area.

With its clean, elegant essential lines, the villa boasts two kitchens: a generous one ideal for lunch and dinner, and a smaller one perfect for breakfast. The larger kitchen is located on the upper floor, while the smaller one is on the lower floor. On the lower floor, you will also find a bright and welcoming lounge area with a TV. Designed to seamlessly blend contemporary style with a touch of seaside romance, the six double bedrooms of the villa are spread over two floors.

Offering a tranquil atmosphere, three rooms are located on the first floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. All the rooms on this floor have access to the same balcony, which offers wonderful views of the sea. On the lower ground floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Please note that one of these rooms has no balcony and does not overlook the sea. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa.
