Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Apulia, just a few kilometers from the glorious coast, this exceptional five-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete relaxation and privacy to its guests, providing an opulent escape for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Southern Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

Bequeathed with baroque buildings by its 17th-century architects, the city of Lecce has a completeness and homogeneity that other southern Italian metropolises lack. Indeed, so distinctive is Lecce’s architecture that it has acquired its own moniker, Lecce baroque, an expressive and decorative incarnation of the genre replete with gargoyles, asparagus columns and cavorting gremlins. Swooning 18th-century traveler Thomas Ashe thought it “the most beautiful city in Italy”.

Porto Cesareo sits on a prestigious part of the Ionian coast, enjoying a long stretch of beach and sparkling clean seas. The popular seaside resort has an amazing 17 km of golden beach facing an archipelago of low-lying islands that form a protected bay. The water is calm and clear. Porto Cesareo is also the home of a nature preserve that is a marine protected area rich in flora and fauna with very rare species. Underwater excursions allow for viewing of the unique coral formations, turtles, sea horses, and other marine life.

In just thirty-five minutes by car, you can reach Gallipoli, whose name means “beautiful city”. The port has established it as a maritime town for centuries and it still has an active fishing trade. It was a trade port with ties to Orient, as seen in some decorations and touches around the town. The elegant old center hints at its once important past. The beaches are known throughout Italy as some of the cleanest around, with colorful rows of umbrellas and bright seafront bars and restaurants decorating them in the summer.

Encircled by old olive trees and within easy reach of one of the three ancient gates of the old city center of Lecce, Villa Arancio is a charming villa located in one of the most evocative corners in Southern Italy. With a private pool and exclusive pieces of art, photography and furniture by some significant 20th-century artists, this exceptional villa boasts a calm atmosphere. Set in a four-hectare ground of olive and citrus groves, Villa Arancio can accommodate up to ten guests (plus two additional guests) in five double bedrooms.

The poolside area is the perfect spot to relax in the company of a good book or a glass of prosecco. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa features a generous terrace with a dining area for up to fourteen guests and a quiet terrace for yoga sessions and wonderful moments of relaxation.

With an exquisite blend of classic Apulian charm and modern comfort, the property boasts an impeccable and contemporary atmosphere. Flooded with natural light, the interiors of the villa are filled with pieces of art, photography and furniture. With vaulted ceilings, the villa features a generous well-equipped kitchen with a long island bench. Offering a modern atmosphere, the villa houses areas designed for leisure time with your fellow guests, such as a TV room and a music room.

With accommodation all on one level, the villa can accommodate ten guests in five double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom. In each bedroom, marble shower and sink are inside the room, while the toilet and a smaller sink are behind a door. The master room also has a freestanding tub. Two bedrooms have a mezzanine level. In one of these two bedrooms, the mezzanine level houses comfortable twin beds for two additional guests. This mezzanine level has also access to a terrace.

Retention time
