Located in the heart of Apulia and within easy reach of the coast, Le Petit Bleu boasts a contemporary design while preserving the characteristics of a traditional masseria, creating an exclusive retreat in Southern Italy. Offering an exceptional level of comfort, this newly built villa features a spectacular swimming pool. Spread over two floors, Le Petit Bleu accommodates 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms, with the possibility of accommodating 1 additional guest on the sofa bed.

Surrounded by olive groves, almond, fig and pomegranate trees, as well as traditional stone walls, the villa boasts a swimming pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and features exclusive hydromassage beds, while an outdoor shower is also available nearby. The outdoor area also includes an al fresco lounge, a marble bar equipped with a dishwasher, ice maker and fridge, and an exclusive veranda with a large dining table, where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner together.

Flooded with natural light and featuring exposed stone vaults, this modern villa combines typical regional characteristics with a contemporary twist. With a sophisticated style, the ground floor features a generous open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa bed for one additional guest, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast table, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a guest bathroom. The lower floor of the villa includes a laundry room and a second guest bathroom.

Villa Le Petit Bleu is located near Villa Le Grand Bleu, on the same estate. Together, the two villas can accommodate up to 12 guests and can be rented together for larger groups. The estate is completely fenced and features two separate entrances, while a metal fence between the two villas ensures privacy for guests staying at each property. The two villas are approximately 150 metres apart, allowing each to retain its own independent outdoor space and atmosphere.
