Immersed in a beautiful 5,000 sqm historic park dating back to the 18th century and offering sweeping views over the waters of Lake Como, Villa Mimosa provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Northern Italy. Boasting a serene atmosphere and elegant interiors, this exclusive villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 5 double bedrooms and refined living spaces spread over two floors. Please note that children are welcome from the age of 8.

This villa boasts a swimming pool with Roman steps and a poolside area with comfortable sun loungers. Offering a relaxing atmosphere, the poolside area, with its manicured lawn, is a dream spot for basking in the sun. The expansive garden also includes multiple al fresco lounge areas and a dining area overlooking the pool. Walking beneath the shade of centuries-old Atlantic cedars, guests may reach a bridge connecting the park to the private dock and lakeside terrace. 

Framed by a neoclassical colonnade, which can be accessed through several doors, the villa is enhanced by period furnishings and elegant wall coverings. The ground floor includes the main entrance, a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, an elegant study, and a billiard room with vaulted frescoed ceilings, and a dining room with a decorative stone fireplace. This level also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a decorative fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room (reserved for staff use only), and a secondary entrance leading to an outdoor area.

Offering stunning views of the lake and gardens, which can also be directly accessed from this floor, the first floor features four double bedrooms: a master bedroom with a standard double bed, lake views, TV, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath; two double bedrooms with TV sharing a bathroom with bath and shower; and a further double bedroom with TV, a small living area, and a private bathroom with shower.

The villa is arranged over multiple levels with several direct accesses to the garden, exuding an elegant harmony and a sense of prestige throughout. The historic 1928 dock, reached via the bridge and staircase leading down to an elegantly furnished lakeside terrace, completes the estate, offering the perfect setting to admire the lake’s enchanting scenery. Set in total privacy from the main villa, and immersed in the park on a separate terrace, the guesthouse is where the owners reside. They share with guests the driveway, the parking area, and the bridge access leading down to the dock.
