Boasting a serene atmosphere and elegant interiors, this exclusive villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 5 double bedrooms and refined living spaces spread over two floors. Please note that children are welcome from the age of 8.
This villa boasts a swimming pool with Roman steps and a poolside area with comfortable sun loungers. Offering a relaxing atmosphere, the poolside area, with its manicured lawn, is a dream spot for basking in the sun. The expansive garden also includes multiple al fresco lounge areas and a dining area overlooking the pool. Walking beneath the shade of centuries-old Atlantic cedars, guests may reach a bridge connecting the park to the private dock and lakeside terrace.
Framed by a neoclassical colonnade, which can be accessed through several doors, the villa is enhanced by period furnishings and elegant wall coverings. The ground floor includes the main entrance, a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, an elegant study, and a billiard room with vaulted frescoed ceilings, and a dining room with a decorative stone fireplace. This level also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a decorative fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room (reserved for staff use only), and a secondary entrance leading to an outdoor area.
