Located on the Tuscan Coast in the charming town of Porto Ercole, between two 16th-century Spanish fortresses, Villa Porto Ercole View boasts a generous terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, providing an exclusive retreat in one of Tuscany’s most popular corners. Trapped between an infinite blue sky and turquoise sea, Villa Porto Ercole View accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms (3 of which can be converted into doubles upon request), all with en-suite bathrooms spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a blooming garden full of flowers, the villa boasts a large terrace with a magnificent saltwater pool and an expansive sundeck equipped with sun loungers, sofas, chairs, and side tables. The terrace also features multiple al fresco dining areas, including a shaded dining spot under a large umbrella, and exceptional lounge areas for relaxing. Offering unparalleled sea views, the terrace is the perfect setting for romantic dinners, stargazing, or enjoying the sea breeze. The pool is open from May to October.

Accessed from the garden or terrace, the ground floor features a generous living area with two sitting areas. A large arch opens into a light-filled dining room, connected to a recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and freezers, two ovens, a microwave, a large stove, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. On the same floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, spacious wardrobe, and stunning sea view, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower and garden view.

The lower level hosts two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, both facing the sea and providing direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms are adorned with fine fabrics, feature air conditioning, and are supplied with the highest quality linens, luxury towels, and plush robes. A laundry room is also available for guests’ convenience. Please note that the upper floor of the villa houses an apartment with an independent entrance, which is not part of the rental property. Children under the age of 12 are not accepted.
