The Property
Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dolomites and just a few minutes’ walk from the slopes of the Dolomiti Superski Area, Chalet Colfosco provides a charming retreat in one of Northern Italy’s most sought-after mountain destinations. Offering comfortable yet elegant interiors, Chalet Colfosco features 8 double bedrooms and 1 bunk-bed room, plus 2 apartments each comprising 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk-bed room. Total occupancy: 20 adults and 6 children, plus 4 additional adults or 4 children on sofa beds.

Offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, the chalet boasts an exceptional patio furnished with comfortable sun loungers. A true haven for both body and mind, the spa on the lower ground floor provides all the comforts of contemporary wellness in a modern yet cosy setting, featuring a Finnish sauna, steam room, relaxation room with fireplace, and an outdoor whirlpool hot tub. Accessed from the patio, the ground floor features an open-plan dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, and fireplace.

The lower ground floor also offers a lounge area, as well as a ski room with boot warmers and ski lockers. This floor boasts four double bedrooms and one bunk bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room, together with two apartments, each comprising a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, a modern kitchen, and a private shower room. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each featuring a sofa bed, an en-suite shower room, and a balcony.

The lower ground floor also offers a lounge area, as well as a ski room with boot warmers and ski lockers. This floor features three double bedrooms and one bunk bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room, accommodating a total of 6 adults and 2 children. Also on this floor are two apartments, each comprising a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, a modern kitchen and a private shower room. Together, the two apartments offer two double bedrooms and two bunk bedrooms, for a total of 4 adults and 4 children.

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each featuring a sofa bed, an en-suite shower room and a balcony. Each sofa bed can accommodate either two adults or two children. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, also featuring a sofa bed. The sofa bed can accommodate either two adults or two children. All floors are connected by both a staircase and a lift.

Please note that a small private apartment belonging to the owner is located on the second floor. The owner has a separate entrance on the left-hand side of the house, accessed independently from the main entrance and hall, ensuring complete privacy for guests. The owner does not use any of the villa’s shared entrance areas or guest spaces. Although the owner is rarely in residence, guests may request confirmation prior to arrival as to whether the owner will be staying at the property during their stay.
