Designed to host up to 12 guests in six double bedrooms, plus an additional bedroom available on request, Villa Mozart is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a refined escape.

Framed by the backdrop of lake and mountains, the villa’s outdoor spaces are truly mesmerising. A heated swimming pool (available from mid-May to mid-September), complete with Roman steps and grey paving, takes pride of place by the water’s edge, surrounded by sun loungers and benches for gazing out across the ever-changing lake horizon. A dining area invites guests to linger over outdoor meals. Guests will also enjoy direct access to the lake promenade and beach, a private jetty, a mooring buoy, and a boat slipway.

Inside, the living and dining area features plush seating, an armchair, a fireplace, and an elegant chandelier, all seamlessly connected to a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with two ovens, a blast chiller, a large fridge-freezer, two dishwashers and a central island. Interiors are enhanced by high-quality finishes, including antique Lombard terracotta floors and staircases of aged chestnut wood. Every detail has been carefully curated to ensure maximum comfort, including soundproofed windows throughout the villa.

With its privileged lakeside location just 600 metres from local shops, cafés and restaurants, Villa Mozart offers the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. The ground floor houses a silver double bedroom (king-size or twin) with en-suite bathroom and step-free access, suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A second light blue double bedroom, with a French-size bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower, is also on this floor. A few steps down from the entrance hall lead to a laundry room.

On the first floor, you will find five double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air conditioning. The pink bedroom (king-size or twin) enjoys lake views; the lilac bedroom (king-size or twin) features a terrace overlooking the water; the green bedroom (king-size or twin) boasts lake views and a bathroom with bathtub; the orange bedroom (king-size or twin) has a side view and a private terrace; and the yellow bedroom (king-size or twin) offers a side view.
