Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the villa's exteriors boast stunning views. From the main gate to the entrance of the villa there are 55 steps. A semi-private flight of steps, shared with neighbouring villas within the same complex, leads down towards the coast. From the villa entrance to the end of the path leading to the Praia beach there are 152 steps. The terraces are perfect for relaxation, with a barbecue area, a hydromassage pool (5 x 3,5 m) with optional heating (at an additional cost) and a solarium.
