Located near the heart of Positano, this elegant villa is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Villa Alice boasts a generous panoramic terrace and sweeping views of the sea, providing the ultimate retreat on the Amalfi Coast. The Sorrentine Peninsula juts into the sea like a pointing finger, its rugged shores sprinkled with some of Italy’s most spectacular beaches, and its bucolic interior shaped by the limestone Monti Lattari.

The sight of Positano from a distance is breathtaking. Colour is everywhere, reflecting on the tranquil sea, the silvery pebbled beach, and the gleaming Majolica-domed church of Santa Maria Assunta. The houses rise up from the waterside, connected by an endless array of steep stairs, and boast pale sorbet colours. In summer, when the serried ranks of sunbeds fill up quickly, take a boat to explore the many small coves along the coast.

The centre of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes, now lined with restaurants serving pasta and shops selling souvenirs. But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. Traditional greengrocers and haberdashers huddle behind wooden shop fronts, medieval palaces line Via Pietà, the magnificent courtyard of Palazzo Correale stands out, and artisan workshops continue producing the wood intarsia for which the town became famous in the 18th century.

Offering an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this exceptional villa has been completely renovated and restored to the highest standards. Villa Alice can accommodate up to ten adults plus two children, featuring five double bedrooms, one children's bedroom, and five bathrooms spread over three levels.

With a generous terrace overlooking the sea, this magnificent villa boasts an exceptional infinity pool and an exclusive sundeck furnished with comfortable sun loungers and deckchairs, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. With spectacular views of the town and the crystal-clear waters of the sea, this elegant villa offers a generous outdoor dining area and a lounge area with wrought-iron sofas and armchairs for relaxing and socialising. From the terrace, you will enjoy wonderful views of Positano and the coast.

Flooded with light, the main level of the villa features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay and a bright dining room leading onto the main terrace, which offers a shaded dining area with an iron table, ideal for breakfast and al fresco dining. On the same floor, you will also find a TV area with comfortable sofas, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Offering charm and modern comfort, the middle level houses a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bedroom also includes an area with comfortable armchairs and a balcony overlooking the sea. From the corridor, a staircase leads upstairs where you will find two generous double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms have a balcony, a fireplace, and a living area with sofas. There is also a mezzanine level with a double futon bed for two children and a TV. Please note that the villa can accommodate ten guests in five double bedrooms plus two children in the double futon bed on the mezzanine level.
