Located in Venice and just steps from the most exclusive dining, shopping, and entertainment options, this unique four-bedroom property is the perfect place for a stylish break in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. Suite Morosini Brandolin is in the lively and central San Polo district, in the center of Venice. The house is just a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and close to some of the major attractions, but is slightly off the beaten track, offering shelter from hit-and-run tourism.

Thanks to its iconic canals and more than 100 islands connected by 400 bridges, visiting Venice is like being in a real-life fairytale. Each island, in turn, is adorned with magnificent palazzos and priceless art. The Grand Canal thoroughfare, where gondolas and river traffic provide a steady stream of activity, is one of the most photographed scenes in the world. Saint Mark's Basilica, with its interior adorned with stunning Byzantine mosaics, and the Campanile bell tower are in Piazza San Marco.

In Venice, water is everywhere. The Grand Canal, the city's greatest draw, is its infrastructure. It flows like a snake, past opulent mansions, aristocratic buildings, all the way to the open lagoon. Today, it is an open-air runway of ball gowns, black capes, feathery hats, and sparkly masks. Nestled in the heart of Venice, this majestic property was built in the late 19th century on behalf of Prince Fritz Hohenlohe-Waldenburg and has housed esteemed artists, literates, and politicians. Decorated with stylish furnishings, the property offers the ultimate blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Enjoy an aperitif or dinner from the private outdoor area overlooking the Grand Canal or take advantage of its proximity to Venice’s historical monuments and museums to dive deep into the city’s rich history.

Welcoming guests in an elegant atmosphere, Red House Apartment boasts a clever mélange of antique and modern furniture. The ground floor features a bright living room furnished with comfortable sofas, and large doors opening onto the outdoor area. On the ground floor, you will also find a second living room adorned with period frescoes and paintings, and a fully-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals (staff use only). In the elegant dining room, a pristine chandelier illuminates the antique mirror walls.

The first floor boasts two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and one with private bathroom (outside the room), both with bathtub. The house also features a study room that can be converted into an additional double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with shower. If two guests want to sleep in separate rooms, they can sleep in this one. Please note that the maximum occupancy is eight guests. Please note that the cook lives on site, in a room on the first floor, and is fully discreet. The second floor features two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with tub, and one with private bathroom with shower.
