Location and Surrounding Area. Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometres from the marvellous Adriatic coast and out the hamlet of Speziale, this three-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

Local beach clubs on the sandy shores of the Adriatic coast and the towns of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica are easily reached by car. Cisternino, boasts a small, utterly charming old town centre that has remained virtually intact for centuries. Its whitewashed houses, shady and narrow streets, historic churches, and elegant central piazza open out onto a series of panoramic viewpoints from which visitors can take in the surrounding countryside with its rolling hills, dry stone walls and white-tipped conical trulli roofs.

In fifteen minutes by car, you can reach Fasano. Set where Puglia's low hills reach down to the Adriatic, Fasano is a small town with a historic core. A maze of narrow lanes, cobbled streets, archways, and little piazzas make up the old town, which is set against a backdrop of rich Mediterranean vegetation. In fifteen minutes by car, you can also reach Ostuni, known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

In twenty minutes by car, you can easily reach Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Since Locorotondo is perched on a hill, you can get amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the Villa Comunale, the public garden located on the west side of the historic centre.

Villa Speziale is 49 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 80 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. The villa is just 500 km from Speziale, where you will find shops and restaurants. Cisternino is 9 km, Fasano is 11 km, Ostuni is 13 km, Savelletri is 13 km, Locorotondo is 15 km, Martina Franca is 19 km, Carovigno is 22 km, Ceglie Messapica is 26 km, Monopoli is 26 km, San Vito dei Normanni is 29 km, Alberobello is 30 km, and Polignano a Mare is 33 km.

With an exclusive pool and accommodation all on one level, Villa Speziale can sleep up to six guests in three double bedrooms.

Encircled by olive groves and surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional saltwater infinity pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the poolside area is perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. Outdoors, under the shade of a pergola, you will also find a spacious al fresco lounge area and a dining area with barbecue.

With an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, the villa features stylish contemporary furnishings and abundance of natural light. With original vaulted ceilings, the villa features a generous open-plan living and dining area complete with fully-equipped kitchen. With a soothing colour palette of neutral tones, the villa also features a second living area complete with a TV and a sofa bed for two additional guests. This room opens onto the outdoor area.

Offering a serene atmosphere, the villa can sleep six guests in three comfortable double bedrooms: two bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the third bedroom features a private bathroom with shower, which can be found outside the room. Moreover, one of the two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be accessed from the outdoor area. All bedrooms feature air conditioning.

As already mentioned, the villa can comfortably sleep six guests in three double bedrooms, while two additional guests can sleep in the sofa bed available in TV room. The sofa in the TV room is actually a French bed and is normally used as a sofa to watch the TV. If necessary, it can be arranged as an additional bed but please be aware that it is 140 x 200 cm.
