Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometers from the marvelous Adriatic coast and out the charming town of Ostuni, this exclusive four-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are actually wandering around a lovely Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, the town of Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old center, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

In less than one hour by car, you can also reach the town of Alberobello, perhaps the most famous town in the Valle d’Itria due to its typical trulli: the conical rooftops coupled with charming cobblestone alleys and whitewashed houses are a simply magical sight. The old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consists of a maze of lovely streets and steps lined by trulli. Alberobello is considered a unique and enchanting place, and despite the fact that you may find it a bit touristy, it is definitely worth a visit.

Villa Ostuni is 37 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 106 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. Ostuni is 6 km from the villa, Cisternino is 22 km, Martina Franca is 28 km, Locorotondo is 31 km, Savelletri is 33 km, Fasano is 33 km, Alberobello is 40 km, Monopoli is 48 km, and Polignano a Mare is 55 km.

Surrounded by olive groves and immersed in a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional infinity saltwater pool and a generous poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a calm atmosphere, the area beside the pool is the perfect spot for moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. The garden also features an exclusive outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a generous al fresco dining area with a large table for eight people under the shade of a pergola.

Flooded with natural light, the villa features a light-filled open-plan living and dining area complete with fully-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a comfortable sofa with plenty of seating, a charming fireplace, a large table and a large window overlooking the garden and creating a luminous and airy atmosphere. The villa also features a sitting room with a sofa and TV with Netflix. The villa features four exceptional double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. On Saturday there is general cleaning with change of sheets, bathrobes, bath towels, toiletries and slippers.

Retention time
