Location and Surrounding Area
Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometers from the marvelous Adriatic coast and out the charming town of Ostuni, this exclusive six-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are actually wandering around a lovely Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, the town of Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old center, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

In just half an hour by car, you can easily reach Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Since Locorotondo is perched on a hill, you can get amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the Villa Comunale, the public garden located on the west side of the historic center.

The villa is also a few kilometres from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

Villa Lorenza is 43 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 106 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. Ostuni is 6 km from the villa, Cisternino is 16 km, Martina Franca is 23 km, Locorotondo is 26 km, Fasano is 32 km, Savelletri is 32 km, Alberobello is 34 km, Polignano a Mare is 54 km, and Lecce is 82 km.

The Property
Surrounded by eighty-five ancient olive groves and immersed in a lush garden encircled by a dry-stone wall, Villa Lorenza boasts crisp white décor and an uncluttered style, providing an exclusive retreat for those seeking complete relaxation in one of the most evocative corners in Southern Italy. With an exceptional furnished rooftop terrace and two pools, this elegant villa can accommodate up to twelve guests featuring six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Encircled by olive groves and surrounded by nature, the villa boasts two outdoor saltwater pools, one of which is on the rooftop terrace and can be heated on request. Both pools have hydromassage stations and micro bubbles. The other pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by a generous poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Outdoors you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining, and generous lounge areas.

If you want some quiet time, head to the terrace on the rooftop, from which you will enjoy charming views of the surrounding area. As already mentioned, the rooftop terrace boasts an exclusive saltwater pool. On the terrace, accessed by an external staircase, you will also find a generous lounge area with comfortable sofas in front of a fire pit and a large sun lounger for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco.

The villa features six bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are spread over two buildings with independent access, the main building and the trullo. In the main building you will find two double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom with shower, while in the trullo you will find an independent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to the ancient trullo are three bedrooms (two of which are connected).

One of the two connected rooms is a double bedroom (which can be converted into a twin room on request). Please note that the two connected rooms are not soundproofed and therefore total privacy is not guaranteed. The bedrooms are stylish in soft white and subtle colors, each with air conditioning. Flooded with natural light, the main building boasts an open-plan space with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating.
