Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Apulia, just a few kilometers from the coast, this exceptional four-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete relaxation and privacy to its guests, providing an opulent escape for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Southern Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

The city of Gallipoli, Greek for Beautiful City, is a pearl in the blue waters of the Ionian Sea. The port has established it as a maritime town for centuries and it still has an active fishing trade. It was a trade port with ties to Orient, as seen in some of the decorations and touches around town. The elegant old center hints at its once important past. The beaches are known throughout Italy as some of the cleanest around, with colorful rows of umbrellas and bright seafront bars and restaurants decorating them in the summer.

Porto Cesareo sits on a prestigious part of the Ionian coast, enjoying a long stretch of beach and sparkling clean seas. The popular seaside resort has an amazing 17 km of golden beach facing an archipelago of low-lying islands that form a protected bay. The water is calm and clear. Porto Cesareo is also the home of a nature preserve that is a marine protected area rich in flora and fauna with very rare species. Underwater excursions allow for viewing of the unique coral formations, turtles, sea horses, and other marine life.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Otranto, a natural bridge between the Mediterranean and the East, and a charming land where the ancient atmosphere of the historic center goes hand in hand with a lively nightlife. In less than forty minutes by car, you can easily reach Gallipoli, whose name means “beautiful city”: before exploring the narrow and paved streets of the historic center, from where you can catch an occasional glimpse of the sea, stop off at the fish market and mingle with the crowds.

Santa Maria di Leuca boasts one of the biggest and most fascinating tourist ports in Salento, with 760 mooring places that can accommodate boats up to 40 meters long. The coast, surrounded by Punta Ristola and Punta Meliso, alternates cliffs and beaches, with the characteristic “bagnarole” made of stone. In Leuca, you will also find the fascinating marine caves that can be visited via boats: the marine life and crystal-clear water underneath the caves make them a perfect hotspot for snorkeling and scuba diving.

Nestled in a peaceful Mediterranean garden, this magnificent villa can accommodate up to seven guests featuring three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single room) in the main villa and one double bedroom in the dépendance.

Surrounded by an exquisitely kept garden, the villa boasts an exceptional swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a spacious poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols providing plenty of shade on hot summer days. The garden also boasts a generous al fresco dining area with a large dining table and barbecue where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and the mild Mediterranean climate.

Flooded with light, the interior living space on the ground floor of the main villa is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating, while the large windows overlooking the outdoor area create a luminous and airy atmosphere dominated by light and natural colors. In the same room you will also find a generous dining area with a large table. On the same floor you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a sitting room complete with TV and a guest bathroom.

On the first floor of the main villa you will find three bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed, a double bedroom with queen-size bed and a single room. On the same floor you will find two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor of the villa you will also find a generous panoramic terrace. Overlooking the pool, the dépendance has a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the dépendance you will also find a generous open-plan living and dining area complete with a comfortable sofa bed. The sofa bed can sleep up to two additional guests, which can be accommodated on request. The property also boasts a fitness area, table tennis and a volleyball court.
